CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES! (Please read all details) I truly value your time and appreciate your support. Please understand that my schedule is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to fill your spot. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or do not show up for your appointment with less than 35 hours’ notice, a fee of 80% of the scheduled service will be charged. This policy allows me to manage my bookings fairly, as short-notice cancellations often cannot be filled. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected things can happen, and I always aim to approach every situation with compassion and fairness. LATE POLICY To respect all clients’ time, please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client, but the full service fee will still apply. If you are significantly late, your appointment may be canceled or you may be offered an alternative service that fits the remaining time, with the full price still charged.
