Hi, I’m Sam, born and raised in Seattle, Wa. My journey as an Esthetician began after years working as a Certified Medical Assistant in an Occmed/urgent care setting. Feeling burned out and going through the 2019 COVID pandemic, loosing 75 lbs, and some life hurdles, I realized my true passions were caring for others and embracing self-care. That realization led me to the Euro Institute of Skincare! An incredible leading holistic school that shaped my approach to skincare and well being.✨ Away from the suite, you’ll find me wire-wrapping crystals, researching all things skin care, or spending quality time with my boyfriend, our dog, Tortoise, and my family. I’m a big sushi and pizza fan, my favorite color is black, and I love good finds while thrifting. 😊 Recently, I started my small business named Citrine Skin Care, with a range of services nestled inside Desente Salon in Renton, Wa. Where did I get the name? Citrine has always been one of my favorite crystals-Citrine means light, positivity, and abundance. I ultimately strive to share those same my energies with every person who walks through the door ✨ Whether you’re looking to address specific skin concerns, boost your glow, or simply unwind for a while. At Citrine Skincare, I believe that every client deserves the ultimate skincare treatment experience—a time to relax, release stress, and reconnect with yourself while nourishing your skin and the sacred act of self care. My menu of services is thoughtfully curated to address all of your needs and goals. From luxurious facials, transformative glycolic chemical peels, and nano infusion. I’m also pleased to offer expertly performed waxing, lash lift and brow lamination, tinting, and advanced nano needling techniques for radiant, refreshed skin from every angle. CANCELLATION POLICY
🌿 Citrine Skincare Studio Policies A space for your peace, your glow, and your self-care. ✨ Booking & Communication Appointments can be easily booked online at citrineskincare.beauty. If you have questions, changes in your skin, or just want to check in before your treatment, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to chat and guide you. 🌙 Reschedule & Cancellations Life happens — I completely understand! If you need to adjust your appointment, please do so at least 35 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules within 35 hours, or no-shows, will be charged 75% of the service cost. Please note, these fees are not applied toward future services. 🌸 Feeling Under the Weather Your health and mine both matter. If you’re feeling unwell (fever, cough, contagious illness, etc.), please reschedule — I’ll gladly help you find a new date when you’re feeling better. If it’s within the 35-hour window, the late-cancel policy may still apply, but I always take kindness and fairness into account. 🌞 Guests & Children My studio is a calm, cozy space for you to unwind. To maintain that serenity and safety, please come solo to your appointment unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for arranging childcare; Citrine is not liable for any damages or accidents involving unattended guests or minors. 🕯️ Late Arrivals You are given a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to give you the full experience, but treatments may need to be shortened to respect the next guest’s time. Full service cost still applies — thank you for understanding! 💫 Approval-Only Treatments Some advanced services — like chemical peels, Jessner peels, or strong exfoliating treatments — require esthetician approval and are reserved for established clients. Your skin’s safety and long-term health always come first. 💳 Payments A card on file may be required to secure your booking Any late-cancel or no-show fees will be processed to that card. 💳 Deposit & Booking Policy • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Deposits go toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if proper notice is given. ☀️ Evolving Policies Citrine’s studio policies may evolve as the business grows — the most up-to-date version will always apply at the time of booking.
